Job Description
Irvine, CA-based company is currently seeking a remote CSR/Client Experience Associate! Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Answering client calls and responding to emails
• Critical thinking skills/Administrative/Standard of Accounting
• Connecting customers seamlessly to the right information & resources
• Other tasks required
Note: Ideal candidates must have high critical thinking and basic math skills.
The phone percentage for this role is 75-100%

Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday
Work hours:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
12:30 AM to 9:00 AM Manila
