Job Description
Conshohocken, PA-based company is currently looking for a remote Accounts Payable Admin! Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Process invoices in Accounts Payable Software
• Complete Vendor Setup in Accounts Payable Software
• Prepare AP weekly reports to company directors
• Other tasks required
The phone time for this role is 0-25%.

Software requirement:
– Licensed OS
Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday
Work hours:
9:00AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila
