Richardson, TX-based company is currently in need of an a remote Technical Support! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Application Support, Level 1: I) Solve known problems and to fulfill service requests by following key scripts. II) Support for basic customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need Product Development involvement. III). If no solution is available, tier 1 personnel escalate incidents to a higher tier.
• Adhere to schedule, performance guidelines including KPI/Service Level Agreements,Quality Standards and follow processes and protocols
• The duties will include testing, implementation, and documenting the highly complex programs for escalations and change needs. Follow Customer Cetric Culture and Principles
