About this job
Richardson TX- based company is currently in need of CSR Virtual Assistants! Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Answer calls with a passion and commitment to assist people

• Work on emails when not on calls. Respond to homeowners in a timely manner

• Complete necessary training, attend coaching and ongoing training as scheduled
-
• Other tasks as required
-
***The phone time for this role will be 75-100%.

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central (shifting schedules, 8-hour shift with 30-minute break)
