About this job

Ankeny, IA- based company is currently in need of an a Scheduling and Social Media VA! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Schedule patients for all clinics - call, text, email follow up with leads
      • Social media management for all clinics - delete/block unnecessary comments, posting to social media
        • Admin tasks
          • Other tasks as required
            *** The estimated phone time for this role is 50-75%.

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

    12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila
