A company based in Richardson, TX is currently hiring for 2 Accounts Payable VAs that can start ASAP!

Main tasks:
• Review invoices for accuracy and correct primary fields if inaccurate
• Clearly understand GL accounts and how things should be coded
• The ability to identify an expense on an invoice and code to correct GL account
• Other tasks as required The phone time for this role is 0-25%

- Licensed OS

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST (including a 30- minute break)

10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Manila
