About this job
Richardson, TX-based company is currently in need of a remote Customer Care Supervisor! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• People manage by doing monthly side by sides and then providing coaching and feedback

• Performance manage by conducting QAs, outlining SMART Plans and administering Performance Improvement plans
-
• Development of team members- identifying and developing core skills and matching that to potential and interest.
-
• Other tasks as required
-
*** The phone time for this role is 0-25%.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Strong and reliable internet connectivity. Being an effective communicator.
24/7 flexibility- any 5 days of the week, work nights, weekends and holidays a must. Minimum 40 hours a week.
