About this job

Cerritos, CA- based company is currently in need of an Admin/CSR Virtual Assistant! Ideal candidates are organized and pay close attention to detail. Typing speed of 45+ WPM and strong written and verbal communication skills. Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Client check-ins via phone and email
      • Organizing and maintaining files and documents
        • Scheduling client intakes/requesting necessary information
          • Other tasks as required
            *** The phone time for this role is 50-75%.

        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
