Plantation, FL- based company is currently in need of 2 Virtual Assistants that will work for 6 months. Below are the positions and tasks:

1. Integration Data Processor (Admin)
• Solving tickets
• Updating accounting database
• Must have the ability to learn quickly.
• Other tasks as required
2. Website Coordinator (Admin)
• Organizing documents
• Inputting data in the website
• Setting up configuration of new websites
• Other tasks as required
*The phone time for the roles is 0-25%.
**Since these positions are project-based, the VAs are not entitled to the benefits given by the company and client.

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area

5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (including a 30-minute break)

9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
