About this job

Richardson, TX- based company is currently in need of Shopper Support-CSR Virtual Assistants! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Answer inbound, email and outbound inquiries from Shoppers (customers) regarding Resale Orders. Be an advocate for customers and company.
      • Adhere to schedule, and performance guidelines including KPI/Service Level Agreements, and Quality Standards and follow processes and protocols.
        • Handle Collection efforts to collect transfer or processing fees from Title Companies and homeowners. Follow Customer Centric Culture and Principles.
          • Other tasks as required
            ***The estimated phone time for this role is 75-100%.

      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
