About this job

A company based in Minneapolis, MN is currently in need of a Rockstar CSR Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Phone support for incoming calls to the branch
      • Email support for general inbox
        • Administrative work - filing documents/entering information into database; call logs, work orders, ACC requests. Updating tracking spreadsheets or client account information.
          • Other tasks as required
            *** The estimated phone time for this role is 50-75%. Live calls per day will be 50–60 calls and an estimated number of 45-85 emails per day.

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

      8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central- Friday
