About this job
A company based in Miami Shores, FL is currently in need of 1 Rockstar VE to handle Customer Success Specialist functions! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Support staff members with non-accounting related client requests

• Contact clients by phone, text and email regularly
-
• Manage client and staff member inboxes, as well as, pay vendor invoices on behalf our clients using Bill.com application.

• Other tasks as required
-
*** The estimated phone time for this role is 50-75%.
