About this job

San Rafael, CA- based company is currently in need of a Maintenance Coordinator! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Work order management
      • Troubleshooting minor issues with tenants
        • Strong follow-up skills to keep up on pending items
          • Other tasks as required
            ***The phone time for this role will be 25% - 50%.

          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
