About this job

A company based in Richardson, TX is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Organizes and prepares correspondence relating to association business such as letters and reports.
      • Receives and responds to incoming calls from homeowners and vendors that escalate from the customer service department if needed.
        • Follow up on activities or reports as requested by the Community Director.
          • Prepares and assists community Directors with monthly board packages and mailings. Mailings are mailed by a third-party company.
            • Update homeowner and association information in accounting systems.
              • Enter data into the accounting system as requested by the Community Director.
                • Electronically files association documents for Community Directors. Arranges for delivery and pick up of documents from storage when necessary.
                  • Other tasks as required
                    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
                      1. Professional customer service skills.
                        2. Knowledge of some accounting principles, practices, and procedures
                          3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
                            4. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
                              5. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player.
                                6. Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
                                  *** The phone time for this role is 25% - 50%.

        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
