About this job

Foothill Ranch, CA- based company is currently in need of an Admin Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but no limited to:
    • Heavy Data Entry with ability to manage internal records
      • Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries, account verification, balances and other inquires with homeowner rental accounts. i.e. process for waiving fees/fines, charges to accounts, accounts number and or balance. Also answer basics questions regarding TownSq.
        • Assess the customer's needs and translate into solutions
          • Other tasks as required
            *** The phone time for this role is 25-50%.

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
