Richardson, TX- based company is looking for 2 Rockstars CSR Virtual Assistants!

• Answer inbound, email, and outbound inquiries from shoppers regarding resale orders
• Acts as liaison between shoppers and Townsquare leadership to enhance the overall shoppers
• Handle collection efforts to collect transfer or processing fees from title Companies/homeowners
• Other tasks as required
*** Ideal candidates will spend between 75-100% of their shift on the phone taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
