Nashville, TN- based company is currently in need of CSR Virtual Assistants! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Customer Service

• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

• Maintains database, updating changes as they occur

• Other tasks as required

*** The phone time for this role is 75%-100%.

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (including a 30-minute break)
