About this job

Austin, TX- based company is currently in need of a Rockstar CSR Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Customer service (all channels)
      • Admin/clerical tasks
        • Update the company's database.
          • Other tasks as required
            **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
              1. Previous customer service experience
                2. Understands and can utilize technology
                  3. Thrives in an independent work environment (can hold self-accountable to metrics and tasks)
                      *** Phone time for this position will be 50% to 70%.

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

    7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila)
      8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila)
        9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila)
