About this job
Lexington, MA- based company is currently in need of a Client Services/CSR Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Answer, screen and vet incoming phone calls from clients

• Monitor and address client services inbox - client questions basic property management and accounting questions

• Other project work
-
• Other tasks as required
-
***The phone time for this role is 50-75%.
