About this job

Hamilton Ontario, Canada- based company is currently in need of a remote HR Admin. Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Full cycle recruiting (posting using ]the company's platform, shortlisting, prescreening and setting up interviews for the hiring manager).
      • Routine admin day-to-day tasks – employment letters from templates, LOA summaries (not to deal with the collection of dr notes and the employee relation side but the process of data entry for it) and job change letters – mainly things that can be done from templates.
        • Onboarding and offboarding process (sending and collecting documentation, data entry of employee information, some training of both processes)
          • Other tasks as required

- Licensed OS

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
