About this job

Richardson, TX- based company is currently in need of a remote Shopper Support! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Answer inbound, email and outbound inquiries from Shoppers (customers) regarding Resale Orders. Be an advocate for customers and company
      • Adhere to schedule, performance guidelines including KPI/Service Level Agreements, and Quality Standards and follow processes and protocols
        • Handle collection efforts to collect transfer or processing fees from title companies, and homeowners. Follow Customer Cetric Culture and Principles
          • Other tasks as required
            *** The phone time for this role will be 75-100%.

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
