About this job

Raleigh, NC- based company is currently in need of a remote Assistant Community Manager! Tasks will include but not limited to:
    • Respond to emails and take calls from Board of Directors as well as homeowners. Being able to problem solve and give clear answers or direction is very important.
      • Process requests
        • Organize documents and files to ensure deadlines are met
          • Other tasks as requested
            *** The phone for the position is 0 to 25%.
              ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
                1. Communication Skills: Must have professional phone and written skills
                  2. Computer skills: The client has specific programs used to document and process requests and Architectural Applications for homeowners. Outlook and Microsoft products are used every day so being comfortable on the computer is a must.
                    3. Organized: The assistant will be working with three different community managers and around 30 communities. Keeping everything organized so that deadlines are met is vital to the success of the position.

Hardware Requirements

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
      3. Modern computer and operating system
        4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
          5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

    9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
      8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern- Friday
        9:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila
