About this job
Richardson TX- based company is currently in need of 1 Rockstar VE to handle Application Support/CSR functions! Tasks will include but not limited to:
-
• Level I Support and answer inbound and email/ticket inquiries from Homeowners, management companies and HOA boards (customers) regarding their TownSq account or to report problems on the TownSq app. Be an advocate for our customers and company

• Adhere to schedule, performance guidelines including KPI/Service Level Agreements, Quality Standards and follow processes and protocols

• Must consistently demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team setting, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.

• Other tasks as required

***The phone percentage for this role is 75-100%.
