Austin, TX- based company is currently in need of 1 Rockstar VE to handle CSR functions! Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Answer homeowner questions
• Complete payment plans and account adjustments
• Transfer homeowner requests to community managers
• Other task as required
*** The estimated phone time for this role is 50-75%.

Licensed OS

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday

***Selected candidate can choose between the shifts:

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila)
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila)
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila)
