About the Role:
The Client Experience Associate supports the New Development team by providing responsive, professional, and seamless communication to clients through phone and email. This role serves as a key resource for connecting clients with the right information and resources while applying strong administrative, accounting, and critical-thinking skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and committed to responding with urgency and closing the loop on every client need.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer client calls promptly and provide professional, helpful support.
- Respond to client emails with clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Connect clients seamlessly with the appropriate information, resources, or team members.
- Apply sound administrative and accounting knowledge when addressing client needs.
- Use critical thinking to assess questions, identify appropriate solutions, and determine when escalation is necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized client information and administrative records.
- Review work carefully to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Follow up on client requests and outstanding items to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Respond with urgency while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Spend approximately 50–75% of the shift on the phone supporting clients.

Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Weekdays
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
- 8-hour workday with a 30-minute break
- Remote, client-facing environment supporting the New Development team
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
