Austin, TX- based company is currently in need or remote Community Association Manager!
About the Role:
The Community Association Manager serves as the primary liaison between community Boards and the management team, providing guidance, operational support, and strategic recommendations to help communities achieve their goals. This role requires strong relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service.
The Community Association Manager is responsible for ensuring timely communication, accurate financial reporting, and effective community governance support in accordance with each association’s governing documents. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage confidently with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive guidance and support to Boards in decision-making in accordance with governing documents and association policies
- Deliver timely communications, updates, and responses to Board members and community stakeholders
- Review, prepare, and distribute accurate financial reports and community-related information
- Prepare for and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and other community meetings as required
- Facilitate discussions and follow-up action items resulting from Board and annual meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to address community needs and operational issues
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and community information within company systems
- Monitor community projects, priorities, and ongoing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards, service expectations, and community requirements
- Spend approximately 25–50% of the shift handling phone communication
