Job Description

About the Role:

The Community Manager supports day-to-day project coordination, task management, and client communication activities. This role is responsible for ensuring tasks are tracked, followed up on, and completed on time while maintaining strong communication with customers through both verbal and written channels. The Community Manager also plays a key role in meeting coordination, note-taking, and maintaining clear documentation across ongoing initiatives.

This position requires strong organization, accountability, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with a collaborative workplace culture where clear communication and follow-through are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track projects and tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Communicate with customers via verbal and written channels to provide updates and support
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks
  • Maintain organized records of project status, updates, and communications
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Spend 25–50% of shift on phone-based communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Support overall team workflow through consistent follow-up and task management

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
  2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
  3. Modern computer and operating system
  4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
  5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 hours per day
  • Flexible shift scheduling between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST
  • Remote role requiring reliable internet and a professional work environment
  • Strong communication and cultural fit within the workplace is essential

Compensation

  • $5/hour
  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
