Job Description
Charlotte, NC-based company is now looking for a remote Assistant Community Manager! Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Responding to owner inquiries via phone, email, and TownSq
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with products or technical issues, and provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers
• Uploading of documentation to the website
• Other tasks required
The phone time for this role is 50-75%.

Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Monday to Friday
Work hours:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
