Job Description

Glen Allen, VA-based company is currently in need of a remote Mail Processing Coordinator! Tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Process and document all incoming return mail from homeowners. Update homeowner records accordingly to reflect any changes in address, contact details, or other relevant information.
  • Oversee the homeowner information change process, ensuring timely and accurate updates to resident records.
  • Distribute and collect homeowner information change forms, verify their completeness, and follow up as necessary.
  • Communicate with homeowners to clarify any discrepancies or missing information on the forms.
  • Maintain an organized and updated database of homeowner records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing homeowner information changes, return mail trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency

The phone percentage for this role is 25% to 50%

– Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

  1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
    2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
    3. Modern computer and operating system
    4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
    5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

 

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday

 

Work hours:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Timezone

9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Manila
