Job Description
Irvine, CA- based company currently needs a remote Work Order Specialist! Tasks will include but not limited to:
• Create work orders and relay them to vendors or managers.
• Follow up on all pending work orders with vendors, managers, and homeowners via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Process incoming calls from vendors, managers, homeowners
• Other tasks as required
The phone time for this role is 25-50%.

Hardware requirements:
1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
