Job Description

Richardson, TX-based company is currently in need of  CSR Virtual Assistants! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Answer calls with a passion and commitment to assist people
• Work on emails when not on calls to respond to homeowners in a timely manner
• Complete necessary training, attend coaching and ongoing training as scheduled, attendance (ready willing and able to start their assigned
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role will be 90-100%.

– Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

1. 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday

Work hours:
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Timezone (shifting schedule)
9:00 PM to 9:00 AM Manila
