Job Description

Alpharetta, GA- based company is currently in need of a remote Accounting Virtual Assistant! Tasks will include but are not limited to:
• Accounting/Bookkeeping knowledge so that they can reconcile bank statements with the checkbook register, read balance sheets and enter transactions. Efficiently manages multiple tasks and ensures accurate, on-time report completion.
• High attention to detail and clear written communication, for emailing with internal employees and sending email reminders and conducting journal entries. Keeps team updated on progress and addresses issues as needed.
• Extremely organized and deadline-driven, making sure reports are completed by deadlines, and can follow instructions each month according to specific completion dates. Follows specific monthly instructions and deadlines for report completion.
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role is 0-25%

2. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday

Work hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Timezone (Monday to Thursday)
9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila
8:00 AM to 2:30 PM Eastern Timezone (Friday)
9:00 PM to 3:30 AM Manila
