Job Description
About the Role:
The Accounts Receivables Specialist supports financial operations by monitoring accounts, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role communicates regularly with homeowners and property managers to address account questions, resolve payment concerns, and support timely collection efforts.
Success in this role requires confidence and professionalism when communicating by phone, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial information accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with collections conversations, and committed to providing excellent service while achieving collection goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor homeowner and property accounts for outstanding balances and payments
- Conduct collection follow-up to secure timely payment of outstanding amounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and account records
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and property managers regarding balances, payments, and account questions
- Handle phone conversations confidently and professionally, including potentially difficult payment-related discussions
- Research account information and assist with resolving payment discrepancies
- Document collection activities, communications, and account updates accurately
- Follow up consistently on outstanding balances and unresolved account issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and property managers to resolve account concerns
- Spend approximately 50–75% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Compensation
- Starting at $5/hour depending on experience.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
