About the Role:
The Sales Support professional plays a key role in converting leads into confirmed sales by responding promptly to inquiries, nurturing prospective customers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. This role works closely with prospective clients to answer questions, overcome objections, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to confidently guide prospects toward a purchasing decision. The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries
- Nurture prospective customers through consistent follow-up via phone and email
- Build rapport with prospects and identify customer needs
- Present products or services effectively and address customer questions and objections
- Close sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry through booking or purchase
- Monitor lead pipelines and follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Spend approximately 75–100% of each shift handling phone-based communication

Hardware requirements:
- 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Modern computer and operating system
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Initial Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (first month)
- Regular Schedule (after training):
- Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM PST or
- Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM PST
- Remote work environment
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
