About the Role:
The Neighbor Support / Architectural Review Specialist supports the Association Compliance & Neighbor Relations team by serving as a primary point of contact for homeowners regarding architectural modification requests and general community inquiries. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate homeowner records, and ensuring timely communication with residents.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, patience, compassion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to providing a positive experience for homeowners while supporting community compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to homeowner emails regarding architectural modification requests
- Answer inbound phone calls related to modification requests and general community inquiries
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding association policies and procedures
- Update and maintain homeowner records within company systems
- Document homeowner interactions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve homeowner questions and support compliance processes
- Monitor requests and ensure timely follow-up on homeowner inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality when handling homeowner information
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive homeowner relationships
- Spend approximately 25–50% of each shift handling phone-based communication

- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Remote work environment
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
