Job Description
Aliso Viejo, CA- based company is currently in need of remote Association Manager! About the Role:
The Associate Manager supports community operations by managing communications, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate data entry across internal systems. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with company standards.
Reporting to the Director of Community Management, this position requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive in keeping work on track and escalating questions when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email communications and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and follow up on due dates to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule
- Perform accurate data entry across internal systems and maintain organized records
- Use Microsoft Outlook to manage emails, set tasks, and create reminders for follow-ups
- Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communication and coordination
- Maintain clear documentation of ongoing tasks and updates
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding questions, challenges, or support needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all administrative and operational tasks
- Spend approximately 50–75% of the shift handling phone and direct communication activities

- Experience using Outlook for email management, tasks, and reminders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for internal communication
