About the Role:

The Admin & Marketing Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for supporting administrative operations while also contributing to marketing, social media, and content development efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage professionally with clients while supporting sales and business development activities.

This role is best suited for someone who is confident in client interactions, understands U.S. business culture, and can present themselves professionally in both written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, task- and goal-oriented, and capable of balancing marketing execution with administrative and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media and marketing content across platforms
  • Create and support graphic design and marketing materials as needed
  • Engage in client-facing communication with professionalism and clarity
  • Support sales and business development (BDM) activities, including outreach and follow-ups
  • Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and sales strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across communications and content
  • Manage tasks and deadlines in alignment with business goals
  • Spend approximately 50–75% of the shift handling phone and client communication

Compensation

  • All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
