Job Description
About the Role:
The Admin role provides critical back-office and operational support for community management workflows, ensuring accurate system updates, timely documentation, and smooth day-to-day processing across multiple communities. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized records and supporting internal processes related to community care, architectural requests, violations, and work orders.
This role also supports ongoing operational improvements, including system testing, process refinement, and documentation of standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on producing accurate, high-quality work in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain Community Care, Architectural, and operational workflows within Frontsteps/Caliber
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across systems and databases
- Provide back-office support for violations, work orders, architectural applications, and community correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple communities
- Support data management and database maintenance activities
- Assist with system testing and software implementation efforts as needed
- Help develop, document, and standardize SOPs and workflow processes
- Support internal operational improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in workflows
- Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication
Qualifications & Skills
Important Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple administrative workflows simultaneously
- Experience with or ability to learn community management systems (Frontsteps/Caliber preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
- Basic technical proficiency with databases and software systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to support process improvements and system updates
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures

Compensation
- $5/hour.
All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
