Job Description
About the Role:
The Maintenance Coordinator supports property management operations by coordinating maintenance activities, assisting with work orders, and serving as a key point of communication between vendors, clients, and internal teams. This role helps ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently and followed through to completion.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based communication while maintaining excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and coordination of maintenance work orders
- Follow up with vendors regarding work order status, scheduling, and completion
- Make outbound calls to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely updates and follow-through
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to support property maintenance operations
- Track work order progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide professional and effective communication to clients and vendors
- Utilize property management software to document and manage maintenance activities
- Spend approximately 75–100% of the shift handling phone communication

Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

- Remote work environment requiring frequent phone communication, coordination, and follow-up with vendors and clients
Compensation
- $5/hour.
- All raises and bonuses are at the discretion of the client.
