The Trainer plays a key role in supporting the Training Team by delivering engaging, high-quality virtual training experiences for trainees. This role is responsible for facilitating live classes, educating learners on processes and best practices, and ensuring trainees feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the learning experience.

This position requires someone who is comfortable leading virtual classroom environments, presenting information clearly, and adapting training methods to meet different learning styles. The Trainer is also expected to stay informed on industry trends, process updates, and evolving best practices to ensure training content remains accurate and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live virtual training classes
• Educate trainees on company processes and expectations
• Spend approximately 75% of the workday on camera with trainees
• Conduct industry research to stay informed on updates and trends
• Monitor trainee engagement and participation
• Collaborate with leadership to improve training effectiveness

Compensation
