<p>The Tax Admin supports the Association Compliance team by coordinating tax-related administrative processes, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely handling of documentation and reporting. This role is responsible for supporting the flow of tax return information and helping maintain accuracy and compliance across operational processes.</p>
<p>Reporting to the VP of Association Compliance, this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a structured environment.</p>
<p><strong><b>Key Responsibilities</b></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize tax tracking systems to submit, receive, and forward tax returns accurately and on schedule</li>
<li>Upload and maintain tax-related documents and records within designated systems</li>
<li>Generate reports from internal systems and prepare information for review and distribution</li>
<li>Monitor documentation workflows and ensure timely processing of materials</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital records and filing practices</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support compliance-related processes</li>
<li>Review information for completeness and follow up as needed</li>
<li>Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Support administrative tasks related to tax and compliance operations</li>
<li>Spend approximately 0–25% of the shift handling phone communication</li>
