After receiving your requirements form, we shall get to work finding the most suitable candidates through our ever growing candidate database and external sources. Once we found the best candidates to meet your requirements, we will move to Step 3.
After choosing the best candidates, we will start testing process. From English language proficiency to personality profile tests, background checks, and equipment assessment, we ensure that you and your VA are the perfect fit for a harmonious working relationship.
This is the stage that will make or break the candidates and their chances of being put forward by us to you, the client. After a thorough interview, three candidates will be chosen and will be recommended for your selection.
THE FINAL INTERVIEW IS WITH YOU
We have now selected the three best candidates for you to personally interview via Skype. Ask them anything you like. Get a feel of what makes them tick and whether they are the virtual assistant you are looking.
You then let us know which one you decided to hire and you’re all done! Your new VA can start working for you as soon as you require!
