Sign Up

Sign up to get started. We will provide you with a form to list your skill requirements.

Sourcing

After receiving your requirements form, we will find the most suitable candidates through our ever growing candidate database and external sources. Once we found the best candidates to meet your requirements, we will move to Step 3.

Testing

After choosing the best candidates, we will start a battery of tests including an English language proficiency examination, grammar, math’s to personality profile tests, background checks, and equipment assessment, we ensure that you, the client, and your virtual assistant, are perfect fit for a harmonious working relationship.

Interview

Following an intensive selection process, this stage will make or break the candidates’ chances of being hired. After a thorough interview by the 5 Star VAs matchmaking team, three candidates will be recommended for a final interview with you.

We have now selected the three best candidates for you to personally interview. Ask them anything you like. Get a feel of what makes them tick and whether they are the virtual assistant you are looking for.

You then let us know which one you decided to hire and you’re all done! Your new VA can start working for you as soon as you require!
