GA- based Property Management company requires a female CSR/ Admin Virtual Assistant to do the following tasks:

 

  1. Handle inbound calls
  2. Administrative tasks
  3. Work with data using Excel
  4. Other tasks required

 

Previous experience in US Real Estate/Property Management company is preferred but not required.

Recent home-based Graveyard Experience is a must.

  4. CRM’s
  5. Appfolio

 

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

 

5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t

have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.

Private and quiet dedicated home office area

Modern computer and operating system

Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions

Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise canceling headset)

 

Position: Full-time

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Hours: 9:30AM-6:00PM EST (9:30PM-06:00AM PHT) including 30 minutes of break time
