Santa Cruz California- based Property Management company requires a Leasing/Admin Virtual Assistant with excellent English skills to do the following tasks:
-Handle Leasing Process (App processing, Lease preparation, Advertising of Property)
– Phone and Email Support
– General Admin support – letters, notices etc)
– other tasks assigned
Recent home-based Graveyard Experience is necessary.
Previous US Real Estate/ Property management experience is an advantage.

5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t
have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise canceling headset)
Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 8:30AM -5:00PM PST including 30- minute break (11.30AM- 8:00AM PHT)
