Our US based client is seeking someone to be trained to provide training to their clients on an inventory control management software.

Please DO NOT apply if you have not got good skills and experience and have never worked from home before.

The following skills and experience are required for you to be considered:

Preferably has Database and Inventory control knowledge
Has Customer service & Support skillsIs able to give training to US clients on how to use the proprietary software
Data entry is second nature and has high attention to detail
Good at basic maths
Has good aptitude skills
Has home based experience
Has worked Graveyard shifts before
Has great English Language skills
Can pick things up quickly
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with interactive teams
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure the timely completion of assigned projects
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude

Must be willing to undertake an online test if shortlisted (1 Hr approx)

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:

1. Microsoft Office
2. Dropbox
3. Skype
4. CRM’s
5. Ring Central (Preferable)

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t
have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise canceling headset)

 

Home-based Graveyard Experience is a must
