Busy Real Estate professional requires FEMALE Marketing VA
This is a great position for someone who likes to be challenged, is open to learning new things and has an ability to manage a large volume of tasks independently.
Video editing using Camtasia
Excellent administration skills including MS Office skills including PPT
Ability to create engagement content which includes, image posts, quotes, etc
Must have HootSuite experience and ability to load posts
Maintain & grow an active FB community
Wordpress blogging & using best SEO practices
Ability to do keyword research and write articles on a wide variety of topics
Ability to receive calls and make outbound calls to potential renters (Script Provided) This is 30% of the overall role.
Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and keep track of them also must be able to work with other VA on the team
Photoshop & Graphic design skills a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Must have recent graveyard shift experience
Real estate experience a plus, but will train for right person
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Client will want to see examples of blogs/articles that have been recently written as well as an article on the topic of her choice of the following topics:
1. Why real estate make a good investment
2. The basics of wholesaling real estate
3. Flipping real estate for Profit
Come up with a great title and have an accurate article to be considered. Article should also have a feature image that is not copyright protected.
5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t
have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam
HOURS: Tuesday – Saturday 9:00 – 5:30 EST – 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM PHT
